Corryn is a generalist policy professional with over 12 years broad experience working in government policy and regulation and joined Natural Capital Economics in 2023 as a senior policy consultant. She specialises in policy and strategy development, research, analysis, provision of advice, and stakeholder engagement, and has an excellent understanding of government process.
Prior to joining NCE, Corryn worked for the NSW Government Department of Regional NSW in biosecurity policy and legislation, as well as for various Queensland Government departments in regional economic development policy and energy policy. Corryn also served as a Policy Advisor to the Minister for State Development and Minister for Natural Resources and Mines, Dr Anthony Lynham in 2015 and 2016. During this period she provided advice on lands policy, native title, and regional economic development.
Since undertaking postgraduate studies in Environmental Management, Corryn has a real interest in furthering her career in natural resource management, waste management, and renewable energy policy.
