QUANTIFYING BENEFITS FOR THE HUNTER CATCHMENT

NCEconomics is playing an advisory role to help plan for the range of industries which use water diverted from catchments and rivers. Using shortlisted infrastructure options and scenarios the project requires the identification and assessment of the economic, environmental and social benefits likely to accrue to all public and private sectors in the Hunter Catchment. This work extends to proposing suitable objectives for the distribution and sharing of likely benefits from each of the short listed infrastructure options.
